Ross Cider x Wilderness (part one)

At the end of July we had the pleasure hosting the Ross Cider and Yew Tree Inn team at the brewery, to make a cask ale for their upcoming festival. Together we brewed Isn’t That in Wales? a fresh and juicy Citra hopped blonde ale.

We are thrilled to be a part of an event that such a wonderful staple in the cider calendar, not to mention it’s been a joy to work on something with our friends.

And it doesn’t end here!

We have three more parts to this collaboration - that’s correct, three! When the team were with us last month we also took the time to create a blend from our current barrel selection. Then in October / November we will head over to Broome Farm for a day of cider making, with one final blend on the cards at the end of the year.

We cannot wait to keep working with the Ross team.
